El Programa Tenure Track del IBEC tiene como objetivo sar soporte al desarrollo profesional, apoyando a jóvenes investigadores a establecer sus propias líneas de investigación independientes.	IBEC's tenure track programme aims to support career development by helping young researchers establish their own independent research lines.
En este sentido, en el 2016 ha tenido lugar la 3a edición de la evaluación de los investigadores en fase de Tenure Track y se han aprobado tres programas transversales de investigación que facilitarán la sinergia entre los investigadores.	In this regard, in 2016 it took place the 3rd edition of the evaluation of researchers under Tenure Track and have approved three transversal research programs that will facilitate the synergy between researchers.
Lorenzo Albertazzi y Núria Montserrat, Group Leaders Júnior del IBEC, seleccionados en el Programa Tenure Track 2015, se han consolidado conéxito como Group Leaders desde el 1 de enero de 2019, después de ser evaluados positivamente por el ISC.	Lorenzo Albertazzi and Nuria Montserrat, IBEC's Junior Group Leaders selected in the 2014 Tenure Track programme, have been successfully consolidated as Group Leader as of 1st January 2019, following a positive evaluation by the ISC.
A continuación se organizaron los siguientes grupos focales específicos para involucrar todo el personal y establecer acciones prioritarias: Focus Group personal de administración y estructura, Focus Group personal predoctoral, postdoctoral y técnicos de laboratorio, Focus Gropu Investigadores Tenure Track y Focus Group Investigadores.	Then, specific Focus Groups were organized in order to involve all personnel and to establish priority actions: Focus Group of administration and structural personnel, Focus Group of predoctoral and postdoctoral researchers and laboratory technicians, Focus Group Tenure Track researchers and Focus Group of researchers.
