Cuando el Comité esté facultado en virtud del Acuerdo para adoptar decisiones o recomendaciones, dichos actos se titularán respectivamente «Decisión» o «Recomendación».	Where the Trade Committee is empowered under the Agreement to adopt decisions or recommendations, such acts shall be entitled ‘Decision’ or ‘Recommendation’ respectively.
