Una entidad no habrá retenido el control de un activo cedido si el cesionario tiene la capacidad práctica de vender el activo cedido.	An entity has not retained control of a transferred asset if the transferee has the practical ability to sell the transferred asset.

Sin embargo, si la existencia de una opción de venta o una garantía impiden al cesionario la venta del activo cedido, el cedente habrá retenido el control del activo cedido.	However, if a put option or guarantee constrains the transferee from selling the transferred asset, then the transferor has retained control of the transferred asset.
La entidad habrá retenido el control del activo si la opción de venta es lo suficientemente importante para impedir al cesionario la venta del activo, en cuyo caso el activo continuará siendo reconocido en la medida de la implicación continua del cedente (véase el párrafo GA44).
