Si se rechazare la propuesta o la solicitud, solo el Presidente podrá presentarla de nuevo durante el mismo debate. | If the proposal or request is rejected, it may not be tabled again during that debate, except by the President. |
Si se rechazare la propuesta, se devolverá el conjunto del proyecto de presupuesto a la comisión competente para el fondo. | Where the proposal is rejected, the draft budget as a whole shall be referred back to the committee responsible. |
Si lo rechazare, devolverá el pedido al Estado requirente por la vía diplomática, con copia del decreto. | If it rejects it, it shall return the request to the requesting State through diplomatic channels, together with a copy of the ruling. |

Si se rechazare la Posición común del Consejo, el Presidente anunciará en el Pleno la conclusión del procedimiento legislativo. | If the common position of the Council is rejected, the President shall announce in Parliament that the legislative procedure is closed. |
Si se rechazare una cuestión de orden sobre la modificación del orden del día, ésta no podrá suscitarse de nuevo durante el mismo período parcial de sesiones. | If a procedural motion to amend the agenda is rejected, it may not be tabled again during the same part-session. |
