Cuando contemplemos los renacimientos futuros, debemos recordar que no hay ningún lugar en el samsara que sea confiable.	When contemplating future rebirths, we need to remember that there is no place in samsara that is reliable.
Si no podemos aguantar ahora pequeñas críticas e incomodidades, ¿cómo podremos soportar el sufrimiento en los renacimientos inferiores?	If we cannot bear small criticisms and unpleasantness now, how can we bear the suffering of lower rebirths?
¿Cómo podríamos dirigirnos sinceramente hacia lograr la liberación de los renacimientos recurrentes e incontrolables (samsara) creer en el renacimiento?	How can we sincerely aim for gaining liberation from uncontrollably recurring rebirth (samsara) without belief in rebirth?
De otra manera ¿cómo podemos trabajar sinceramente en beneficio de nuestras vidas futuras o para liberarnos de los renacimientos incontrolablemente recurrentes?	Otherwise, how can we sincerely work to benefit our future lives or to gain liberation from uncontrollably recurring rebirth?
Si no creemos en los renacimientos futuros, entonces no tendrá demasiado sentido que profundicemos en el Darma Auténtico.	If we don't believe in future rebirths, then there won't be much point in us delving into Real Thing Dharma.
Queremos la liberación de los renacimientos incontrolablemente recurrentes, así que tenemos que trabajar duro para entender las enseñanzas budistas sobre el renacimiento.	We want liberation from uncontrollably recurring rebirth, so we have to work hard to understand the Buddhist teachings on rebirth.
