Si el Presidente interpusiere un recurso en contra de la recomendación de la comisión competente, presentará al Pleno la decisión de mantener el recurso al comienzo del período parcial de sesiones siguiente.	Should the President bring an action contrary to the recommendation of the committee responsible, he shall put to plenary, at the start of the following part-session, the decision on maintaining the action.

Should the President bring an action contrary to the recommendation of the committee responsible, he shall, at the start of the following part-session, ask the plenary to decide whether the action should be maintained.
Si la demanda de reconvención se interpusiere en un litigio en que el titular de la marca no fuera parte, se le informará de ello y podrá intervenir en el litigio en las condiciones que marque la ley nacional.	If the counterclaim is brought in a legal action to which the proprietor of the trade mark is not already a party, he shall be informed thereof and may be joined as a party to the action in accordance with the conditions set out in national law.
