I always explain straight from the booking how to use the intercom and I thought you were going to call me; maybe my explanation was insufficient (because of the language)	Siempre explico directamente en el momento en que se hace la reserva como utilizar el portero automático y pensé que cuando llegaran me llamarían, pero quizás mi explicación no fue suficiente (por culpa del idioma).
