Si se celebraren nuevas elecciones desde la primera lectura, pero no se hubiere invocado el artículo 55, el Presidente podrá decidir que no se apliquen las limitaciones de admisibilidad establecidas en el apartado 2.	If new elections have taken place since the first reading, but Rule 55 has not been invoked, the President may decide to waive the restrictions on admissibility laid down in paragraph 2.
